A line appears, separation in your mind
This frustration, perceived inadequate
An all-consuming feeling
The urge to transform your flesh
Soliciting this surgery
It’s your life, it’s your death warrant you’re signing
Disfiguring identity
It’s your life, your life along the dotted line
The line hardens, plasticized in mind
Want to escape the confines of your skin
You choose the synthesized existence
Beg them to change who you were
The dotted lines, etched on skin
Boundary between human and product
Masked men will flash their knives
Scalpel blade erasing identity
Soliciting this surgery
It’s your life, it’s your death warrant you’re signing
Disfiguring identity
It’s your life, your life along the dotted line
Once you incise along the dotted line
You are cut off from humanity
Lying altered in the recovery room
The dotted line has disappeared
Family don’t know this twisted form
Crossed over from person to abomination
Lying altered in the recovery room
The dotted line has disappeared
Family don’t know this twisted form
Crossed over from person to abomination
What on earth did you hope to become?
A god, ascendant over the throne?
But that messianic gleam of your new flesh
Bears the synthetic sheen of botched nature
Once you incise along the dotted line
Maybe you are cut off from humanity
The band's debut is full of whiskey-burned growls and maniacal high shrieks, not surprising for a group of Detroit metal vets. Bandcamp New & Notable Jul 22, 2016

Will admit found the dissonance initially off putting, but by the end of the first song caught the groove and loved every second! It's almost like a lost Pestilence album. Full on reccommend! warchrist30
